Enterprise — the way a business is actually run.
Enterprise is the division for an owner-operator's own method: how a business was started, how work was won and priced, how hands were hired, how it grew. That is the entrepreneur's skill set, and it travels further than the trade knowledge under it: it is about running a business, not doing the work the business sells. It runs on the Records track alone, and it is open, with nothing filed yet.

One track runs here — Records. The family digit says which part of the enterprise the paper covers; the trade says which field the business is in. Family 0 is a Set: a shelf, not a stew.

Both tables come from the register. Opening a family or a trade is a registry decision; a code is never renamed or reused.

A founder's corpus files as several numbers rather than one — starting up, winning work, pricing — under a single licence as a Mosaic, family 0. Each keeps its own number, edition and count.
An inventory, then mining, then Ratify.
Step zero is an inventory. The body of records is declared, checked against that declaration, and sealed in a dated statement, so the Source can always say what was handed over. Even Steven holds it with the consent.
The records are mined next. The converter turns the corpus the founder retained — bids, contracts, proposals, plans, correspondence, job files, the paper each decision was made on — into a reference that answers with named sources, refuses where the paper does not support an answer, and carries a receipt on every output.
Then the statements are ratified, and that is the heart of this sector. An entrepreneur's method was never written as a method. It was written as bids, letters, prices and hires, the reasoning left in the founder's head. The agent drafts the statement the paper implies — how I bid, how I price, how I hire — and the person accepts, amends or declines it. That statement, authored and dated, is where the method first exists in words.
Nobody is interviewed and nobody is recorded to build a Records skill set. That is the Hands track.
What a founder's paper carries, and what it cannot.
A records reference carries the written-down-able kind of knowledge — the kind that would take too long to write out, and the kind a person does without knowing it. It never carries the somatic kind, what the body does faster than words, nor the collective kind: a crew's memory, the understanding behind a handshake. The paper says which grade is being bought.
A second boundary runs inside the files. A founder's own method is one thing; files carrying a client's or a partner's confidence are another, and in some fields the second cannot be licensed without every client's consent. A licence never cures a missing consent.
A receipt says where a passage came from, not who wrote it, so authorship is recorded before a mined reference is licensed under a person's name. Whose documents they are is a question for counsel: a manager's files are usually the employer's. It is clean for an owner-principal licensing their own firm's files.
The chain holds here too.
Steady Eddie and Strategic Agent require skill sets. Even Steven owns them. Tacit Tessera licenses them to OEMs and to AI.
Strategic Agent collects on the Records track, and a Records tile carries its mark, SA, as the collector's. Even Steven owns what is made of every skill, for the person or company it came from, and is the one house a Source signs with: Your agreement is with Even Steven. Tacit Tessera numbers it, licenses it, counts every use, and lets anyone check it.
Mostly an AI, and always reference.
Licensees are of two kinds: an OEM, and an AI — a platform, an agent builder or a command centre that serves an industry; a skill set filed here goes mostly to the second. AI never means a model developer: no skill set is sold as material to build a model from, and no licensee may build one.
Consult
A composed answer citing its sources by document and anchor, figures only as bands over many jobs: a bid read against the way this Source bid.

A work product the customer keeps as their own document, with its comparables, assumptions, what is missing and its sources.
Reference
A pack for an agreed scope, from Sources who opted in, returned or destroyed against a certificate.
All three are decision support. A skill set built from a founder's paper never signs a bid and never releases money: the owner decides. Serves are counted in a ledger the Source can read, and every work product names its number and edition. The ruled timing for an ending is one sentence: It stops for new work at once; a job already underway finishes. Here the unit is a serve, so a withdrawal takes effect at the next serve.
A method outlives the person who made it.
Trade knowledge belongs to its trade. The way a business is started, won, priced, staffed and sold belongs to whoever does it next. What stops it moving is that it was never written down: it walks out with the founder.
Written down, sourced and ratified, it outlasts the person who made it. The register keeps the name on it, the count says where it went, the edition which version answered. The same skill set runs under licence in the AI another firm uses, while the founder keeps running their own. What is licensed is the access and the work, never the pile.

Two objects are made for a skill set at issue and posted to the Source: the plate, the tile made solid, with the number and name raised and the collector's mark stamped into it; and a card at wallet size with the same marks. Neither is a contract: a printed card cannot be recalled, so the authority is the verify address. None has been made.
